2. CREATE DAILY ROUTINES
Daily routines work to help you get control of your time. Routines put your mind and body on "autopilot," which helps takes the stress out of figuring out what to do each day. High achievers tend to find routines that work for them, then they put those routines into action.
3. GET RID OF BAD MENTAL HABITS
Bad mental habits like negative thinking and feeling sorry for yourself can zap a lot of your energy. When you drift into negative thinking, remind yourself it's not at all helpful and make space for gratitude, self-compassion, and realistic optimism.
4. IDENTIFY YOUR PRIORITIES
Choose what's important to you. Juggling the demands of everyday life often gives us limited options for anything else. Identifying and simplifying your priorities helps you let go of what is not a priority now.
5. DECLUTTER YOUR HOUSE
Your environment does have an impact on how you feel both physically and psychologically. Some of us get overwhelmed every time we open a closet or stare at dirty dishes, while others waste time looking for misplaced items. When you have fewer items to worry about, you'll have more energy to focus on the items that you keep.
