MaceTrac™ ACU controllers are completely intelligent with local decision making capabilities and database memory retention for fast access control response at the door. Distributed ACU controllers maintain communications with the MaceTrac system server for real-time event reporting and database updates as they occur, making centralized system administration from MaceTrac software simple to manage. Keeping per door cost and ease of installation in mind, MaceTrac™ ACU controllers are uniquely designed with a compact footprint that cleanly installs as a junction box on the secure side of the door for all access control device terminations. A color coded legend overlay, on-board diagnostic LEDs, FLASH upgradeable firmware, and pluggable termination connectors provide quick installation and maintenance at the door. MaceTrac™ ACU controllers provide Clock/Data as well as standard Wiegand interface support, and can be flexibly installed with choice of Mace access control keypads and readers for diverse indoor and outdoor applications.
